Question: Where is my tracking (or where is my order)?!?!
The answer usually is something to the effect of, "You will receive your tracking number shortly, please give it some more time', or 'Your order is being processed and you will see forward progress shortly'.
I know these sound 'canned' in tone, but I can assure you that while delays are inevitable sometimes, almost all of our customers who ask the first question end up receiving their tracks/orders and end up replying to the ticket 'Oh, it arrived today, thanks!'.
Sometimes delays along the way happen, sometimes customs DOES actually stop a parcel. Once we send an order out, it is out of our control.
I promise you that we are working each and every day to find smoother ways to get your packages to you, even when it already seems a smooth path.
The quicker you get your package, the quicker you will be ready to re-order and the less 'bad press' we get. It's absolutely in our interest to get your parcels to you as fast as humanly possible.
But the ultimate vision I have still stands. I just want everyone to get the moda that they need to prime their cognition. Really, that's all I want.
