We primarily ship from Singapore to most of the world. Depending on the circumstances or your location, we may also ship from India. Please contact us and notify us if you would like your order shipped from a particular country. (Before ordering).
We will soon have shipping for the EU and US that will be shorter and with less hassle, although at a premium if chosen as your shipping method.

A reviewing website linked me here because he said that you ship to the Philippines but it seems that particular country is not available. Do you really ship from there?

Hi Mike, Austria is listed in: "Which countries do you ship to? " But Austria is not available for selection, in the dropdown box at the end of the order. So you don’t ship to Austria? Thanks
