The Post-COVID logistical flow has changed significantly.
- The order is packed at our warehouse in India.
- The final tracking number is assigned and sent to you.
- The package is sent to Singapore for forwarding to the final destination.
This means that while you may get your tracking number pretty quickly after ordering, it will take some time for it to show up online.
This is not an exact science, so a good estimation of time from ordering until the tracking number starts tracking is about 7-14 business days.
This is still new, and somewhat of a variable still. We are working to make this process more efficient every day.
Until the track synchronizes online, you will see an error that the order is not found.
You will receive automatic e-mail and SMS updates along your order's journey.
