The Post-COVID logistical flow has changed a bit.
- The order is packed at our warehouse in India.
- The final tracking number is assigned and sent to you.
- The package is sent to Singapore for forwarding to the final destination.
Tracking numbers will be sent to you with 24-36 business hours and they will populate shortly thereafter.
Until the track synchronizes online, you will see an error that the order is not found.
You will receive automatic e-mail and SMS updates along your order's journey.
Note: Orders are shipped with SG or IN suffixes. The tracking information will show up on SingPost of IndiaPost's official sites until the packages land in the destination countries. At this time, the most detailed tracking info will be found ON YOUR LOCAL GOVERNMENT'S POST SITE. Ie USPS for the USA, AusPost for Australia, etc.
